    What is it all about?

It is critical for everyone in this selective club to learn a bit more about their bodies, especially the what, where, and why around these conditions. Equip yourselves with knowledge so when you do have these flairs or need to visit a doctor or therapist, you can ask better questions or keep them somewhat honest in their diagnosis or therapy.

The key areas of anatomy below are those that are crucial to understand for anyone suffering from the symptoms of dizziness or vertigo and those attempting to take an active role in treating the root condition. 1. The Ears
    2. The Muscles/Proprioception
    3. The Neck
    4. The Brain/Nerves
